Who is entitled to compensation or reimbursements for inconvenience when a flight is cancelled?

Compensation or reimbursements for inconvenience, such as meals, hotel accommodation, transportation, or any applicable statutory payments due to a cancellation, are provided directly to the affected passenger.

These payments cannot be made to other individuals or third parties, including the bill payer, as they are intended to support the passenger who experienced the disruption.

For legal, privacy, and security reasons, BermudAir must issue these payments to the passenger named on the booking who was directly affected by the cancellation.
