What happens if my flight is cancelled or changed?

If your flight is cancelled or significantly changed by BermudAir (due to weather, operational disruptions, or aircraft changes), we’ll do our best to reassign you to the same seat type on your new flight. If your original seat isn’t available, we’ll allocate a comparable one.

In these cases, if we’re unable to honour your selected seat, your seat selection fee will be refunded automatically, no action needed.

If you voluntarily change your flight, your original seat selection can be carried over at no extra cost, provided you select the same seat type.

If you upgrade to a higher-tier seat (e.g., from Standard to Preferred Plus), you’ll only be charged the price difference.

No refunds apply if you switch to a lower-cost seat.
