What happens if I need to cancel my pet's reservation?

Our refund policy for flight cancellations is designed to accommodate the varying needs of our passengers, depending on the nature of the cancellation and the fare type purchased. Here's a breakdown of our policy:

 Involuntary Flight Cancellation:

If your flight is cancelled by the airline for any reason (termed as 'involuntary cancellation'), you are entitled to a full refund of your reservation. Alternatively, you can opt for rebooking to another flight.

 Voluntary Flight Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your flight (termed as 'voluntary cancellation'), the refund policy varies based on the fare type you have chosen:

  • Economy Light: No refund is available for cancellations in this category.

  • Economy Classic/Max: A full refund is available, but this applies only to the reservation cost.

  • Business: A full refund is available, but this applies only to the reservation cost.

Please note that the refund policy is applicable only to the reservation cost and does not cover any additional services or fees that may have been paid. It's important to choose your fare type wisely, considering your travel flexibility and the possibility of changes to your plans.
