What happens if I miss my flight?

If you miss the flight due to arriving late to the boarding gate, this is considered a No Show and no refunds can be issued.  However, if you have purchased one of our Business fares, you may change to a later flight if the change is made up to 1 hours prior the scheduled departure time.
