Changing or cancelling flights
Changes must be made though our customer service centre. There will be a $100 fee (CA$135, subject to your bank's charges), per person per Flight Pass flight, for any changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the flight.
Note a return flight counts as two flights.
