How does pooling work for solo travellers?

If you’re travelling alone, pooling does not apply. Each checked bag must stay within your per-bag allowance:

• Economy = 23kg per bag

• Business/Founders = 32kg per bag

Example:

• An Economy Light passenger with 1 bag weighing 27kg will be charged US$100 / CA$100 overweight fee.
