How do passengers request special assistance?
At BermudAir, we ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible when flying with us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Guests needing assistance will be able to indicate this request during the booking process, both online at www.flybermudair.com, or with a travel agent. Please note wheelchairs will be checked and stored free of charge.

At the Airport
When you arrive at the airport, let one of our ground staff know you need assistance, including if you'll need assistance from curbside. We provide support through the airport and onto the aircraft.
Boarding the Plane
We provide pre-boarding support for guests who need extra time or assistance before general boarding. Guests travelling with their own mobility aids such as wheelchairs, are welcome. Note items such as wheelchairs, will be checked planeside, free of charge. The checked item can be retrieved planeside upon arrival.
