Reimbursement claim form
In the unfortunate event of a flight delays or cancellations, you are entitled to claim reimbursement for some, or all, of your incurred costs.
Whilst you can see all the details of what you can claim in our Conditions of Carriage, please note the following compensation you may be entitled to:
Flight Delays
For flight delays 2-4 hours: US$200 in Travel Credit per person
For flight delays of 4+ hours: US$250 in Travel Credit per person
Flight Cancellations
If it is necessary to stay overnight in a hotel, we will try to book a room on your behalf. If you make your owner arrangements, you are entitled to claim back:
US$120 (CA$155-CA$170‚ subject to your bank's charges) per person per night (US & Canada)
US$200 (CA$260-CA$280‚ subject to your bank's charges) per person per night (Bermuda)
You are also entitled to claim up to US$75 (CA$98-CA$105‚ subject to your bank's charges) per person per day towards food and drink expenses and you are entitled to claim for reasonable taxi costs to/from the airport.
If you need to be booked onto a flight provided by another airline, the costs (for the same class of travel) will be covered by BermudAir, including the need for checked bag costs.
