Can one of my bags be over 23kg in Economy?

Yes, but only if you’re pooling with someone else on the same booking and the total allowance isn’t exceeded.

For example, if two passengers share 46kg, one bag can be 24kg and the other 22kg. If you’re travelling alone, each bag must be 23kg or less.
