How qualified is BermudAir’s leadership team?

BermudAir’s leadership team has decades of collective aviation experience.

Adam Scott is BermudAir’s founder and chief executive officer. He founded Bermuda’s first airline in 2023 to provide luxury,frequent year-round service between Bermuda and the East Coast of the US and Canada on Embraer E175s in a first-of-its-kind30-seat configuration. Prior to launching BermudAir, Adam founded Odyssey Airlines, which will provide business-class travelbetween the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada with London City Airport (UK). Adam started his career in investment banking atGoldman Sachs and has spent considerable time in the U.K., U.S., and Russia. He is a graduate of the London School ofEconomics and Political Science. 

Martin Amick is BermudAir’s chief operations officer and oversees flight operations and flight and cabin crews. Prior to BermudAir, Martin was CEO of Longtail Aviation, responsible for passenger charters and cargo operations worldwide. A pilot certified onseveral aircraft types, including the Boeing 737 and Falcon 900, Martin held leadership roles at several charter operators and beganhis aviation career as a charter pilot and check airman. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and received his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. 

John Bavister is BermudAir’s chief financial officer and co-founder. A British national, John has had a long career in aviation and travel. He was on the team, along with CEO Adam Scott, that envisioned Odyssey Airlines, an all-business class transatlantic airlinethat is will operate between the U.S., Canada, and London City Airport (UK). Prior to that, John founded Blazingstar Consulting, abusiness-advisory firm. He was co-founder and chief financial officer of Silverjet, and began his career as an accountant with KPMGand Thomas Cook, the travel services firm.  

George Henderson is BermudAir’s chief experience officer and is responsible for the airline’s end-to-end customer experience, including all digital and physical touchpoints online, on the ground, and on the aircraft. Prior to BermudAir, George held several leadership and consulting roles at a range of travel businesses, including airlines, online travel agencies, accommodations specialists, and tour operators. George was a member of the start-up team for Silverjet, which provided premium transatlantic flights. He started his career as in IT delivery and operations.  

Mark Bergsrud is BermudAir's chief commercial officer. Prior to joining BermudAir, Mark was the Founder and CEO of Servy, the leading eCommerce platform for airport businesses globally. The Servy platform provides mobile ordering, kiosks and other digital ordering products currently at several airports in theU.S. and Europe. Prior to founding Servy, Mark spent 20 years in the airline industry in a variety of roles at Northwest, Continentaland United Airlines, eventually serving as the SVP of Marketing for both Continental and United Airlines. Mark has extensive experience in eCommerce, loyalty programs, travel distribution, network planning and product development in the airline industry.
